The residential units will include studios, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom units ranging with prices ranging $485/m to $1,550 /m. Every apartment will have in-unit laundry, access to common courtyard greenspace, central heating and air-conditioning, and a high-quality finish.
The properties are in the proposed Evanston Historic District and the buildings will be developed according to the historic guidelines. No modern additions or alterations will be made to the exteriors of the buildings.
